Family Therapy

Think about how peaceful life could be if everyone listened to one another, followed direction, verbalized feelings and needs, and embraced life and consequences. Conflict happens in all families. When severe or long lasting, it disrupts the feelings of safety and security that are important in a healthy functioning family unit. While in family therapy, I assist in navigating through the difficulties as a whole, which addressing the needs of each individual. Each individual is open to sharing what is important for me to understand within their place in the family. Together, we decide of goals and structure of therapy. You know your family and I am versed in supporting change. Through family therapy, relationships grow and communication improves.
